This mobile back of house cart keeps chef’s ingredients at hand. Made with stainless steel, the cart holds a full size pan or smaller pans with standard inserts, or cutting board. Integrated handles on each end hold 1/3 pan or (2) 1/6 pans. Small casters allow the cart to roll anywhere. Detachable speed rail holds spices, seasonings, bottles, and sauces.
